One of the many ways that you can migrate to the United States is by establishing a business relationship in this country. Within this category of Visas, you will encounter two types of visas; Immigrant Visas (IV – intending to become a legal permanent resident in the USA) or Non-Immigrant (NIV – intending to work for a period of time in the USA and then return to your country of origin).

Within the IV and NIV categories there are “Employment Based Visas” and “Investors Visas”. Because there are many different requirements for each type of “Business Visas”, it is important that you seek assistance with attorneys that will take the time to custom tailor a solution for you. At Sariol Legal, your Miami Immigration Lawyers, we have the expertize to provide you such assistance. If you are looking to immigrate to the USA under a Business Visa program, click here to explore your options further.

Immigration Laws aim to unify and keep united families. There are allotments of “Family-Based Visas” that allow family members of United States citizens or Legal Permanent Residents to petition for their immediate family members to come and live in the USA. Your ability to immigrate under this category, and how quickly you can do it, depends on your relationship to the US Citizen or Resident, your age, marital status and the country you are from. There are number limitations for every category and United States Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) publish the status of each monthly. To learn more, contact Frank R. Sometimes good people find themselves in situations that are unintended but that may have an impact on their legal status in the United States. If you are in the USA on any type of Visa, are a Legal Permanent Resident or have no legal status at all, you may be deported for violating US laws. The defense of deportation is a complex subject and you should only hire attorneys that are seasoned in this subject matter. When you work with our Miami, Orange County, California and Northern California Immigration Attorneys, we can develop a personalized strategy to help keep you lawfully in the United States and ensure that your rights as an immigrant are protected. Deportation can be a frightening threat, but at Sariol Legal, we can help you file a cancellation of removal and/or look for ways to keep you in the United States.  If you or a loved one has a deportation case, time is of the essence! One of the biggest changes to our Nation´s immigration system was announced by President Obama on November 20th, 2014. The President´s Immigration Accountability Executive Actions will allow millions of undocumented immigrants to obtain work authorization and stay deportation actions for eligible persons. These changes also increase the opportunities for undocumented immigrants who arrived as children through the Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals (DACA) program while also initiating the Deferred Action for Parent of children who are green card holders or U.S. Citizens (DAPA).
